Impact you can measure in litres.
Every Tower Farm Chlora installs is a measurable swap: drip-irrigated soil farming replaced by closed-loop aeroponics powered by Aegean sun and wind. The numbers below are per tower, per year, benchmarked against equivalent Mediterranean field production.

Aligned with the UN Sustainable Development Goals
Chlora maps cleanly to five SDGs without greenwashing — each line below is an action, not a claim.
- SDG 2Zero HungerYear-round greens production on islands that import 90% of fresh food.
- SDG 6Clean Water & SanitationClosed-loop recirculation uses 5% of conventional irrigation water.
- SDG 7Affordable & Clean EnergyLow-draw pumps designed for off-grid solar; Tilos already runs on renewables.
- SDG 12Responsible ConsumptionLocal harvest, reusable trays, no plastic clamshells, no pesticide residue.
- SDG 13Climate ActionEliminates diesel ferry food miles and drought-vulnerable field production.
How we measure
Baselines come from operational data across 30+ Mediterranean Tower Farm deployments, cross-checked against FAO field-crop averages for the same SKUs (lettuce, basil, herbs, leafy brassicas). Per-site numbers are audited annually and published in our Field Notes.
