No pesticides — not by promise, by design.

Why aeroponic towers don't need the spray gun: a clean root zone, a controlled canopy, and an architecture pests can't reach.

Organic certification is a discipline. Pesticide-free aeroponics is an architecture. The towers grow off the ground, in a sterile growing medium, in a controlled climate, with no soil-borne pathogens and no contact with the pests that ride on neighbouring monocultures. The result: a clean crop without sprays, without organophosphates, without the residue that lingers on a supermarket bag of greens.

The four reasons we don't spray

  • No soil means no soil-borne fungi, nematodes, or weed pressure.
  • Vertical growth lifts the canopy above the strike zone for many crawling pests.
  • Closed nutrient loops let us dose precisely — strong plants resist pests on their own.
  • When a problem does appear, we deploy beneficial insects (ladybirds, predatory mites) instead of chemistry.

What you taste

Pesticide-free is not just an ethical claim; it is a flavour claim. Restaurants on Tilos and Paros will receive greens harvested the same morning, with no chlorine wash, no residue, no oxidation from a three-day truck. Basil that tastes like basil. Strawberries that smell like a garden in June.

We don't spray because we built a farm pests can't reach in the first place.
